Hello Marissa, I suggest that you remove the phone from the case for a few days and see how steady the cell signal becomes.
If doing this does not make any difference, then you might try getting a new SIM card for your phone. I and others, on occasion, have had to replace the SIM card for various reasons. Note that swopping out the SIM will not change your customer profile in any way. I'm not surer if the signal is bad where I am I currently get about 3 bars. My phone is in a case of that makes any difference .
