You probably need a dedicated device, not  an iPhone gismo to do a 
reasonable professional job with a piano.

According to the guy who makes the talking tuner app, the microphone on the 
iPhone is only accurate two octives above or below middle c. So I an not 
sure what those high priced apps do. Plus, they are all visual.
