Are you talking about email SPAM? If so then I don’t think this has anything to do with the iPhone but with the email account itself. I use Outlook.com and it seems to do a pretty good job filtering out spam, I usually have anywhere from 4 to 10 messages in my junkmail folder every few days, I briefly review them to make sure there isn’t anything in there that shouldn’t be and then I delete them.
