Hi Wayne,

Does it pop up for you when you are doing 2-finger double taps? I just tried 
various hard presses and nothing seems to bring up the item chooser except a 
very pronounced 2-finger triple tap. In any case, you can't turn it off or 
disable it and all you can really do is practice your gestures so you can 
consistently do the ones you want avoiding the ones you don't want.

the gesture for the item chooser is a two finger triple tap.
Unless the iPhone 7 has an ultra sensitive screen and you are touching with 
more fingers than you realize, I'm not sure how you are getting it.
Or, is that because of a 2 finger hard press?
