You can turn off bonus rolls in settings for your own account, but that just
means that when you start a game with someone, the game won't have bonus
rolls. There is no way of stopping requests for games that use bonus rolls

One wish I have for Dice World is the ability to refuse all bonus games in
settings. This way you don't have to reject them all the time. I always
prefer non-bonus games because not everyone has a ton of bonus that they can
use plus I think it keeps it equal as everyone gets the same amount of rolls
so from now on I will be refusing all bonus games.
