Yes, I believe VoiceOver did announce incoming calls. I don't get a lot of incoming calls, and I have a tone for each individual in my contact who calls me. Then I have a standard tone for those who aren't in my contacts. But yes, I do recall hearing VoiceOver announcement. Mary
