Mary, this is real in most apps that support 3D force touch.
Especially in native system apps.
for me, this is a general bug.

Let's make sure we actually experience the bug before we report it. I use the
3D Touch a lot in the notification section, and I have not noticed this
problem. I'm not saying it doesn't exist. But it might be app specific. So
before you go reporting something based on what you read, you might want to try
it and see for yourself.
