Yes, it will pull all elements on a screen whether icons, buttons or links into
a listview. You can easily try it out by doing a 2-finger triple tap on your
home screen, if your home screen is filled with apps, e.g. 6 rows with 4 apps =
24 apps and you have 4 apps in the dock the item chooser will contain all of
these 28 apps and display them in alphabetical order. There is a search box at
the top and you can also use it on a web page. I think it would be awesome if
Apple would do something where you can use the item chooser to bring up all
things on a webpage and then if there were buttons or something like that at
the top which would let you filter these items by links, headings, buttons,
form fields etc. This would essentially give you the same functionality as you
have with Jaws keystrokes like Jaws Key+F7 to bring up all links on a website.

Sieghard

it alphabetizes everything on the screen.
It only stays that way while it is activated.

I saw mention of activating the item chooser with a two fingered triple tap.
What is the item chooser used for?
