I tend to grab my bluetooth headset when joining a conference call, so I can use the mute button on the headphones and don't have to go looking for an on screen button while I'm on the call. Just another option.

It is the top one directly under where the call time is displayed.

while on a call, did you find a hide keypad button?
Double tap on that and you should find a group of buttons one of which is the
mute button.

Hello, all. I opt not to have a landline, so need to use my iphone to
participate in multiple conference calls. I can't seem to find a mute button on
the iphone 7. Does anyone know if one exists?

The meeting service my company uses does not offer a mute like some conference
call lines offer. Thanks for any suggestions.
