Any chance when people say things like "from what I've been told" that they could sight sources? This smacks of rumors without substance. I'm not picking on you Shawn. The developers should know when Apple is going to drop 32 bit support and if they don't, then they are not keeping up with they're app development, in which case, there is nothing that can be done, the app will stop working and the developer is the only one to blame.
The EyeNote app by the Bureau of Engraving is one that iOS 10 has flagged as not going to work in future versions of iOS without updating. I wrote the bureau of engraving but have not heard back from them. Of course, that was just a couple days ago, so I am not surprised. In a couple of weeks, I will write them again if I have not heard anything. So, for those concerned about apps going away, start contacting the app developer.
