Hi Rob, I want to try to explain the bud layout. It has a round circle at the top with a microphone hanging from it. On the top of the circle there is a button that presses in in the middle. It is a fairly large button. This can be used to start siri. The round circle fits in your ear with this large button facing up. The power switch is on the right hand side of the circle. It is a toggle switch. Then there are two volume buttons on the very left side of the circle. All of these buttons are on the edge of the circle. The voice command button is on the microphone closest to the circle. It is a small button, so you may have to really look for it. I hope this has been of some help to you.
