I just revisited Overcast and set it to stream. It works fine with the Wait Wait Don't Tell Me podcast at least. Richard

I believe Overcast also allows for 3X playback, but Downcast offers more customizable settings which I prefer for certain podcasts. This would be a real bummer if Downcast has in fact been abandoned. Hopefully the dev is just slow to put out an update. When I’ve written in the past about this or that issue, I’ve usually gotten a response. Haven’t used iCatcher in a long time. Any chance 3X is now available? I wrote the iCatcher dev in the past about it and at that time, he said that he had no plans on bumping playback speed to 3X.
