Jonathan Mosen really recommends HMA (Hide My Ass), I just checked and if you pay monthly it is $15.99 Canadian here in Canada, but if you prepay for the year it is $110.28 a year which comes only to $9.19 a month and I assume it is cheaper in US currency.. Anyways, I don't usually try to access content from other countries and fortunately here in Canada our government sets fairly strict limits as to what the ISP's can do and not do with the information they get from their users and I don't feel the need yet to spend money for a VPN.
