Becky, I had a similar problem on my iPhone 6 after having used the program previously on a 4S. However, I got it to work well on my 6 when I moved the phone farther away from the bill to be identified. So I concluded that because the 6 had a better camera than the 4S, I needed to hold the phone farther away from the bill for the program to work. My conclusion may be in error, but the bottom line is that I got it to work on my 6.

  Hi all,
I just installed the MoneyReader application by looked hill on a clients
iPhone 5 for them. Unfortunately the app opens but will not identify any money.
Has anyone else noticed this? I have tried restarting the application,
restarting the phone and making sure all other apps are closed and that there
is enough storage space. The client has not quite 2 GB of storage left on their
iPhone. Is the lack of space a problem for MoneyReader? Thanks.
