have you tried getting hold of the corporate offices for your credit union?
I ran into this problem 4 years ago at desert schools here. it took getting up 
to the VP's office before someone lower down the chain would get the idea to 
change things. now, their website is fully usable and their app is mostly 
usable (there is an ad that keeps getting in my way). what is the name of your 
institution? I might be able to help get things moving.
