Hi Russ, This will more than likely be a Phishing Email.
If that is an exact copy of the Email, you posted, than take a good look at the spelling errors! It also said Dear, without any name. Apple wouldn’t make these kinds of mistakes! If your having an issue with your account, then ring apple support Directly, and don’t enter, on any of the links, in that Email. Dave.
