I'm not sure I know what you mean. In the picker where you flick up or down you see photo and video, Square, slow Mo, Pano. Pano is for taking panoramic pictures, slow Mo is for if you want to take them in slow motion,, I can't say much more than that. After record video is the photo and video viewer, which can get a little confusing, so I recommend that when you play your videos, you go to the Photos app, which is where you can play them. After photo and video viewer, it says 720P. I think that's how many pixels are being used in recording your video. I think there is a way to change this, but it didn't change when I double tapped the 720P; I don't know what the other number is supposed to be, but I think if you just deal with the record video button, you will record a normal video, not a high definition one. A high definition video would take up more space on your device.
