They have updated their app. You can now save them in the saved tones area, sync them with iTunes, and there is a place within apps and ringtones area that you can go over and pull that mean I'm not by my computer so I can't look it up to see where it is. I'm sorry, it's been a while since I've done it. You should be able to get into ringtones in your applications area and tab to the area. It should say it will be a few days before I'm back by my computer, I can then look it up and give you step-by-step directions. You might find it in syncing ringtones to iTunes. I believe I first found it in the help section there.i
