I have the Withings scale and thermometer and they do work with the Health app and are useable with Voiceover. I do think there is room for improvement, but it will work. I can't speak to the blood pressure monitor from Withings, I have the Qardio Arm and it works reall good with Voiceover and also integrates with the Health app.
