I don't know if this was seen. I'd like to see Apple implement a procedure similar to what Windows Screen Reader manufacturers do. Namely, when one re-starts one's device, audible tones or clicks are heard so that we VO users know that something is occurring. I just wrote Apple's Accessibility Team on this, and would encourage others to do the same.
