Kay, I have the Neato botvac connected, and the app, at the moment, it's very usable. mind you, I haven't updated the firmware on the vacuum cleaner yet, so, it could be that there are issues there but I don't know about them. Plus, I tend to stick to very simple functions with it. others here may have different experiences. having had roombas before, I can say that the Neato is easier to maintain and empty. having had three Roombas, and being a Roomba fan for years, I am now converted to the Neato cleaner. but it doesn't speak and you do need sighted assistance to set it up. I think, I may need sighted assistance to update the firmware too!
