It has been a while, but I think you can triple tap the Menu button to activate VoiceOver on the Apple TV 4th Gen. The menu button will be the top button on the left hand side of the remote. The buttons on the remote are Top left: Menu Middle Left: Siri Bottom Left: Play/Pause Top Right: Home Then the long button on the right is volume Up/Volume Down If I provided incorrect information, someone please make any corrections.
