Greetings. I'm sure this has been covered before, but want to go over it again since it seems to come up quite often. Just making sure I have the process for deleting songs right. If I connect my phone to the Windows 7 computer, bring up iTunes, and want to delete songs from my phone, I simply need to find the devices item in the tree view, open it, find my phone, and then select music from the various groups of radio buttons. Once this is done and the list of songs has come up, if I want to delete all songs, I simply move over to the list with tab or Function 6, select all and hit delete or choose delete from the applications context menu. Is this correct? I decided it was better to delete my around 24 GB of music, rather than sacrifice my apps or books in order to get more space on my phone. I can always add more songs later if need be. I'm using the newly updated iTunes 10.7 with an iPhone 4 and JAWS 13 on my Win7 laptop.
