to all,

after facebook has updated new versions of its messenger app. it is rough
sometimes as when I see the changing of system. it could be very complicated.

somehow, wheni was talking to few friends, I use braille display and I type
statements, but suddenly I was sent home instead of finishing statements. I
struggled to get back, but not working as I was kept put in home. so I asked
apple accessibility team fo rhep, but they fail to follow up as they had not
seen what is going on. they said for me to tlak with facebook, but I todl them
I did try an d facebook has not helped at all.

then last week I was at apple store for monthly sessions, I showed guy what is
going on with messenger. he saw what happened. he talked with apple
accessibility team and the team came out with clueless as they were definitely
lost.. the guy expalined what happened as he witnessed what was going on. then
the guy decided forget it. he asked me to remove the app and reinstall the app
back on. I did remove and reinstall, and it was much better. I continue going
through with messenger now.

so far, if you are stuck with some issues with messenger, remove the app and
reinstall app and it turns out better. sometimes upgrading version along with
ios versions could create problems.

sincerely,
rich
