I don't think this will work on Voice Dream. It is designed to work with a web browser. However, on his site, he mentions that the html format works on the Victor Stream Reader.
I don't know if you created a folder on your Dropbox with the same structure as the html version of your choice and used Safari to access it, if that would work. If it was in ePub with all the right heading levels, you may be able to use it in Voice Dream, though that might get rather tedious.
