It wasn't while I used it. I removed it from my phone because it just a one time on the hour. It doesn't do the whole hour total, and it doesn't do the half hours, so I went ahead and took it out and went back to other stuff. It's a cool app. I like the idea of me able to choose which ours it mutes, rather then it automatically having set times. Nicely done.
