Hi Traci, Yes, Dropbox or OneDrive will play music files, but they certainly lack the more advanced features of the native music player or of apps which are designed to play music which you have stored in Dropbox or OneDrive or Google Drive. I don't use them since I have an Apple Music subscription which gives me access to all 40 Million songs or whatever it is Apple has, but I believe one of these is called CloudPlayer. You might want to check Applevis to see if there are any reviews for such players which go into accessibility.
