Terri, As this is not a Microsoft Windows community, I suggest that you join a forum that perhaps is based on your Windows screen reader of choice. They should be able to offer more comprehensive support as to the types of mail clients available for your screen reader..
Just so you know, Windows 7 shipped with Outlook Express which, while somewhat outdated, should be able to access any SMPT servers. However, I recommend that you download Windows Live Mail which, like Outlook Express, is free. The difference, however, is that Microsoft continues to support/update the Windows Live Mail client and it is very robust. Again this is not the forum for Windows mail client support so I wish you luck on this project and strongly suggest that you join a Windows screen-reader-specific support group.
