I agree; Be My Eyes, totally rocks. I do also have Bespecular too. This app has worked for me great, but I also feel Be My Eyes is better because you end up with a continuing running active conversation with the volunteer. So no more retaking of the picture, rerecording of your question, and then resubmitting it, only to have to wait for another answer if you have to move the camera for the volunteer to see the product better.
I eventually might have to delete my Bespecular app, but I'll keep it for a while in order to use both, and see what's the best one.
