Terri, Like Mark said try out the official Twitter app first. If that app doesn’t fit your needs there are plenty of 3rd party clients on the app store that are completely accessible. The one that I use most often is Twitterrific it works great with VoiceOver and it is the most stable one that I have used thus far. If you don’t care about notifications I recommend Tweet Logics. It again just like most Twitter clients is a paid application. The VoiceOver accessibility is fantastic as well as Twitterrific, and Tweetings. I am currently playing around the client Tweetbot. It is accessible for the most part, there is definitely room for improvement in the accessibility department, but it is useable. The developers know they need to make some improvements. Just my thoughts on the app discussion.
