I have a jail broken iPhone 4S running IOS 5.1.1. Now that IOS 6 is out, what are my options? I've Googled around a bit, and I've learned some thinngs, but I still have a few questions. Also, I'm not in a hurry to update, so I've got time to figure this out or wait for a jail break to IOS 6.
I used Absynthe to jail break my phone. Should I just wait for IOS 6 to be jail broken before doing any updates? If I wait to update to IOS 6 until it's jail broken, what's the procedure? Do I back things up, update to IOS 6 and then jail break? Will I lose anything or are their any other precautions I should take? If I don't want to wait, what can I do to get up to IOS 6, just back things up and then download and install the update?
