Hi Rick,
There are apps that will do this for you, but they are inaccessible to the
blind, at least the ones that I know of.
If you've got some sighted assistance, let me know, and I'll dig out my
list.
Keep in mind that I can' rightly remember if they are paid or free apps,
though I think you may get more functionality if you pay, but I can't be
sure of that.
Either way, they are not blind friendly and requires sighted assistance.
Not even Jaws OCR function reads them.
