Hello Rick, While you cannot retrieve the Recent Call List from any native Apple app, you can view a list of calls that you have both received and made in the current billing cycle via your wireless provider's official app.
You may have to drill down a bit, but if you are patient, you can obtain the information you seek. I have done this several times with the Verizon Wireless, A T & T Wireless, and Sprint apps.
