I don't use these kinds of apps often, though I have Be My Eyes, BeSpecular, and TapTapSee on my phone. I like BeSpecular since the responses are very fast, and I have the option to speak my query or write it, and get responses in that chosen medium. A few times when trying to get someone on Be My Eyes, the call rings an drings, but no one picks up after several minutes and I hang up.
