I haven't had the VO freeze yet since I upgraded. I know Apple has been working on it. The problem here is that the freezing is not easily reproducible. If you can cause the freezing to happen every time with specific step-by-step actions, send the complete and detailed steps to [email protected] so they can reproduce it reliably. This will help Apple to track down and fix the problem.
To refresh mail, do a three-finger swipe down whilst in the message list.
