Hi list,
I reported an issue about a month ago of being unable to connect to the iTunes Store on my Windows 7 computer after upgrading iTunes to version 12.6 for use with iOS 10.3. Someone on the list suggested that I contact AppleCare which I did and have been working with them all of this time. I just got off the phone with the AppleCare support rep who had me delete a registry key and it immediately resolved my issue. I love this sort of instant gratification although I guess it's not really instant since we've been working on it for about a month. Thanks to the person on the list who suggested I contact AppleCare. I never would have been able to resolve this without their help.
