Interesting. On my iPod Touch 6th generation, I can say either, Open KNFB, or open KNFB reader and it opens fine. On my iPhone 5s, if I say Open KNFB, it works, but if I say Open KNFB Reader, it says I don't seem to have an app by that name. Very odd. Richard
