Dear listers In the last couple of days in the US (not yet in the UK but should be any day now) the Alexa iOS app got an update so now, even if you don’t have an Amazon Echo or Echo Dot yourself, you can call anyone with an Echo or even anyone who just has the app installed and doesn’t own an Echo. You can also do voice messaging and text messaging. Of course people with Echos can do this Echo to Echo too. Calling someone by voice alone is the coolest thing and Randy and Jason, my very first guest contributers, demonstrate it in action on today’s Dot to Dot episode so please do check it out.
