I doubt they were getting much in 2010, but they sometimes get more recent copies. I just wrote Winston so we will see what kind of reply we get.

I can't remember when publisher quality books started becoming available, but I don't think it was that long ago. Of course, it could be an excellent scan. So the only way to find out really is to either read the book or go to the site and at least see what the quality rating was given by the folks who rated it.
