Hi,
I'm waiting for my phone to wake up following the update but I
think I have 13 someting on a 3Gs. I ditched several GPS aps but
perhaps I should dump more of them. I also got rid of all of my
photos and videos. Any ideas other than GPS stuff?

The first thing I would look at is any GPS apps you might be
running. Navigon stores maps on the iPhone, and I'm guessing
that might take about 1.5GB, perhaps more, perhaps a little less.
What is the capacity of your phone?
