Nature Space. It is free and completely accessible with VoiceOver. There are extra sounds you can buy, but it comes with 6, infinite shoreline, which is ocean waves, Night at Lake Unknown, which has sounds like you were by a lake at night with a variety of environmental sounds, etc. The sound quality is excellent!
