Hi, I do use the reminder app for paying monthly and annual bills. The only issue with the reminder app is that it is not the most powerful I have ever worked with. There have been times when I would like to more easily sort my reminders. But for the most part it does work pretty well.

This would seem to be the easiest way to handle something like a bill payment reminder and you know these are accessible.
