did you get the x1 remote that has voice guidance that you can also give voice commands to? If so, Say "Settings" then arrow down about 6 times to Accessibility and press OK, then arrow down to Video description and press OK to turn it on. If they didn't tell you about Voice guidance, try tapping the a key twice to turn it on, assuming it has the a b c d keys just above the numbers. Richard
