Hello all, I just wanted tyo let you all know my fiance and I updated our iPads tonight, I'm in thee process of my iPhone 4S updating now. Afteer you download the softwar, over the air, and it will ask you if you want to update your iDevice and if you say OK or agree (can't remember which) you won't hear any indications that your device is actually updating. However, visually on the screen you will see the apple logo and a progress bar. I do have some vision so I can tell this as well as my fiance who's sighted.
I agree with everyone it would be most helpful if the access team were to have some sort of progress sound. I can see where this can make people panic and think that progress has stopped.
