I sent you a pretty detailed and length message yesterday with much of the information you just asked for. You might want to check your mail folder including your junk mail. The short answer, the new iPod Touch lineup which comes out in October will have SIRI, the current 4th and 3rd Generation do not. Current iPods are exactly the same 3.5 inch screen size as the iPhone 4S, 4, 3GS and 3G were. iPhone 5 and iPod Touch 5th Generation have the new 4 inch screens.
