For various reasons I leave my 6s on mute most of the time. For some time
now , I think it was after one of the version 10 updates, when a call comes
in the phone vibrates once and stops. When this happens many times I don't
notice it or I may think a message has arrived or my breaking news app just
posted something. Needless to say it is a problem when I find out my wife
has called and wonders why I didn't answer my phone.

The other day I checked out her 6S+ and when on mute it vibrates
continuously when a call comes in. She doesn't use Voiceover so I thought I
would try my phone with VO turned off. What do you know it vibrated
continuously as it should. Thinking the issue must be VO related I checked
around in the voiceover settings and found a button for vibration which was
on. For some reason I turned it off and then back on. Then when I called the
phone and VO was on it vibrated continuously as I thought it should. I
thought I had fixed the problem but on trying it again last night and again
a few minutes ago it is back to vibrating once and stopping. Any ideas?
