Hi Mary, I guess taking a look at the maxiaids.com website might give you some options for non-connected devices. I bought a Withings Thermo thermometer, it works both via bluetooth and WiFi and does work well, but it was a bit fiddly to set it up, if I were to rate how easy it is to use on a scale of 1 to 10 I'd give it a 5 or 6, but it does work. It is contactless, you hold it almost against your skin at your forehead about in the middle and then move it to either the left or gith tside to about your temple area, the reading then happens very fast, but it sometimes seems to take a while for it to appear in the app. There is another one called a Kinza or something like that, but I don't know if it's easier, it's I think a bit less expensive than the Thermo.

I had a thermometer years ago that spoke with a Spanish accent and I don't think was all that accurate. I'm wondering what people are using these days that works reliably. I would just to soon not have to fool with something that requires my phone to read out, but if that's the best thing out there, I'm willing to go for it. What are people using that works easily and efficiently and is accurate? Mary Sent from my iPhone -- The following information is important for all members of the V iPhone list.
