Hi Mike, As the others already suggested, turn on Hints and then when you touch a number on the keypad hold your finger there for just a moment and the letters should speak. I personally have hints disabled because these numbers are so part of my thinking that I can dial a number that is given as a name almost as fast as I can dial the number translating the letters into the corresponding number in my head as I dial.
