You may want to see if not having VoiceOver speak on the lock screen fixes it in the VoiceOver settings. Or, stating the obvious here, set the do not disturb time later. If you just turn off speech with the three finger double tap, you can still answer the phone using the two finger double tap. HTH, Richard
