Hi Avnish, SIRI can open apps, but at this point you cannot turn Bluetooth or WiFi on and off using SIRI, at least not officially.
However, there is a work-around which would involve you buying an app for $0.99 called "Bluetooth X" by CXI Gaming. This is "Bluetooth" one word and then a space and then the letter "x". When I originally downloaded this app back in June it was called "BluetoothC" but I think they must have renamed it and I am actually amazed Apple hasn't pulled it off the app store since they usually don't allow such apps. Anyhow, now with SIRI's ability to open apps, I am able to simply say "Bluetooth" and bingo, the Bluetooth app launches and if you set up the " Quick Mode" under "Settings" and "Bluetooth" and by that I mean the entry for the Bluetooth app, not the system Bluetooth, then just launching the app will turn on Bluetooth, launch the app again and it will turn it off. I used to have this app on my home screen, but now I can tuck it away into my Utility folder or somewhere out of the way since I can launch it with SIRI. Oh, and I did check just now and the app was on the app store and my above described search term will pull it up. Once again, it's from CXI Gaming and it costs 99 Cents, the version I had on my iPhone before I upgraded to iOS 6 works perfectly well after the upgrade so I assume it would do so as well if you buy and install it now.
